CANCELLATION POLICY

I charge a 20% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, thank you for your understanding. Clients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be charged 100% of the service and may be required to prepay for future bookings.
